What is MOTR
Developed by Pilates instructor and fitness enthusiast Darya Bronston, MOTR’s innovative design allows you to work out in eight different body positions, and quickly level up – or down – resistance while targeting specific muscle groups.
Exercise tracks include balance, core, agility, upper body, lower body, standing, plank and more.
I am a certified trainer for MOTR so you can feel confident that you are in safe hands when you attend one of my classes.
All classes cater for all levels of fitness and we ensure everyone is safe and moving at their own pace.
Before attending a class please fill in our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) form. Your form needs to be checked and approved before you can attend a class. Link

We have one location currently where you can come and join a small group class of up to 6 people.
