About Me
Hi, I'm Sam Gurner.
I have an Advanced Premier Diploma in Personal Training (REPs L4), specialising in lower back pain, GP referrals and pre/post natal exercise. I have 10+ years experience of teaching dynamic reformer Pilates for both Epoch Fitness and Bootcamp Pilates in London, plus working with Power Plate. I also do personal sessions under my company Sam Gurner Personal Training. These can incorporate a mixture of tools such as weights, TRX, MOTR, mat Pilates, resistance bands etc.
After a successful career in the city, I qualified as a personal trainer with Premier Training International. My aim is to help clients get fit and healthy using methods that focus on body toning, cardio conditioning, flexibility and endurance training which are proven to deliver results. I have been successful at helping dozens of clients increase their confidence and achieve their goals through individually tailored health and fitness programmes. I like to try and achieve clients' goals in as enjoyable a manner as possible, as I firmly believe exercise helps with mental well-being, and if its enjoyable you will want to come back again and again.
